During sales discussions, we are pleased to provide our technical advisory experience to assure the efficient production of the product under specific criteria. Our strength is high volume parts with a piece weight of 0.2 - 5 kgs (0.5 - 11 lbs.).

The rough guard forgings, first machined by means of our numerous special milling machines, then subsequently, heat-treated to differing customer specifications, painted in various colors are shipped to our customers ready for use. In addition to guard forgings, we have the expertise and ability to machine and heat-treat other forgings to customers' specification.

Our forge shop is equipped with state-of-the-art programmable, electro-hydraulic double action hammers in several sizes. Gas-powered furnaces heat the steel billets. With the constant reinvestment in our equipment and crews of experienced and qualified employees, we are able to produce high quality forgings.
